OOTD - Slip on shoes trend

Hi girls!

I know I have done a post so recent but I just wanted to do a short post to share with you my outfit of the day today. I have been in looove with slip on's at the moment, they look so effortless as you can just slip them on and also make any outfit look classy but also casual, for that laid back look. They are super on trend at the moment, due to the fact that you could wear them with a girly dress but still look amazing. They are suitable both for work and play, which makes them so popular! Besides that, how can we not love a think sole that gives us short ones such as myself some extra inches of height?

The main piece of this OOTD is definitely the slip on's. I may do a look book in the coming weeks of the slip on's with different pieces to dress up/ down.

Sunglasses - River Island (purchased 2 summer's ago)
Cropped jumper - Topshop
High waisted jeans - Primark
Slip on shoes - Topshop
Bag - New look
Leather jacket - Dorothy Perkins

Today I purchased these gorgeous slip on's that every blogger has been going on about. No wonder! They are absolutely perfect and so easy to slip on. I loved them so much that I had to put them on as soon as I purchased them. However, their major down fall is that they are so damn painful that I also had to pop into Forever 21 shortly after wearing them to grab some toe socks. I think because they are so hard, they take quite long to break into. Hopefully after a few more wears they shouldn't be so painful anymore!

I purchased this pair of slip on's from H&M. I have been totally with a capital T in love with these slip on's ever since I saw them on the website. However, I didn't want to order them as I and probably the whole of UK has ordered from H&M and have waited what seems centuries for the delivery (which is upsetting as there are always more nice pieces on the website than in store). I also went into the Westfield store previously to hunt for them but sadly couldn't find them. Today, I was wandering through Oxford Street and popped into 1 of the many H&M stores in the Oxford Street area, and found these beauties! And last pair in my size!! It was the kind of joy that a fat kid gets when he see's chocolate. I will definitely be doing a OOTD on these soon, so keep posted!

I will love to hear your opinion on the slip on trend, let me know down below if you're yay'ing or nay'ing the thick soles!

p.s I will also be posting this coming week to share with you this months buys as mentioned in my previous blog.

Love and peace,

Ana x
